Shipping and Returns


General Shipping

Standard shipping will take approximately 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and expedited shipping will take approximately 1-2 working days. There might be slight delays during the festive season and we will advise accordingly.

Return /exchanges of Defective Items

If you believe that the item you have ordered is defective, kindly email us at support@afterflame.com within 15 days upon receiving your order. In your email, kindly include (1) a screenshot of the item and (2) a screenshot of the receipt within 15 days upon receiving your order. We will arrange a pickup of the item and the item will be brought back for inspection. Once the item is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you, free of charge. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be made in cash. 

Return/exchanges of Non-defective Items

For returns or exchanges of non-defective items to be valid, kindly email us at support@afterflame.com within 15 days upon receiving your order, together with a screenshot of the receipt, and let us know if you would like a return or exchange. Do take care to ensure returned items are in its original condition and are unused. Shipping costs to send the product back to us will be borne by the customer. We strongly advise to ship returns/exchanges via registered/tracked mail, to our office address. We are strictly not responsible for any lost or misplaced mails if delivered through other methods. We will provide email confirmation of the received return.

For exchanges: Do allow 2-6 business days for the new item to be delivered to you. Item exchanges will be subjected to a courier fee (SGD 4.50 for Singapore addresses, varies for other locations) to ensure safe delivery of the new item from our warehouse, to you. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded. (e.g. exchanging a $40 item for a $30 item) If the price of the exchanged item is higher, the difference will be charged. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

For returns: They are subject to a case by case basis, and will be made in the form of store credits which can be used for your next purchase. All accepted refunds will be made within 7 business days upon receipt of returns. You will be notified via email once the refund is successful. Please note that we do not refund sale items and shipping fees.
